Good to know
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- If a booking is made for 3, 5, or 7 persons, one of the rooms will be arranged as a triple room with an additional roll-away bed for the third guest.
- Due to limited space in the minivan, we kindly ask each guest to bring only one suitcase per person.
- In Khao Yai National Park we will follow one of the hiking trails, selected together with your guide based on your preference and fitness level. The walking distance typically ranges between 1 and 3 km. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, as well as long trousers and socks. During the rainy season, leeches are quite common in the park, so proper clothing helps ensure a more comfortable experience.
- Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.
- While changes to the itinerary are very rare, we reserve the right to modify the published schedule whenever, in our judgment, circumstances require it or if we consider it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of our guests.
- During the New Year holiday (24 December-6 January), a hotel surcharge of THB 1400 per room applies. This surcharge must be paid in cash to the guide on the day of the tour.
- On 31 December there might be a surcharge for a (compulsory) New Year’s Dinner. We will inform you about this surcharge upon booking. This surcharge must be paid in cash to the guide on the day of the tour.

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
