Leave the confusion of the city and relax in the hills tasting Chianti wine •Meet the driver at your hotel or other chosen location •Cross the rolling hills of Chianti, among olive groves, cypresses & vineyards •Visit to the magnificent Towers of San Gimignano and the historic centre, with its typical artisan shops •For lunch we will move to a real family-run Tuscan farm, which follows the rules of Tuscan authenticity, to understand the secrets of wine production and enjoy a lunch with homemade pasta and 6 wine tastings •After lunch visit to the wonderful Medieval Castle of Monteriggioni •On the way back you will have a second wine tasting at another local Chianti winery where you will taste the famous Chianti Classico Gallo Nero wine •The return is expected by 5.00 pm

Our expert driver will pick you up directly from your location (hotel, B&B, or private apartment) and whisk you away on an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking hills of Tuscany. Your first stop is San Gimignano, where you’ll enjoy a self-guided exploration of this enchanting medieval hill town, famous for its stunning towers, historic churches, charming shops, and world-class gelato. Known as the “City of Beautiful Towers,” San Gimignano is celebrated for its saffron, Prosciutto d’Oro, and the exquisite Vernaccia di San Gimignano wine, made from ancient local grapes. Don’t miss a visit to the main square to savor the world’s best gelato at Gelateria Dondoli, a two-time world champion!

Later we will drive in one of the most beatifull wine road in Tuscany. We will drive through the sweet Chianti hills, amidst olive groves, cypress trees and vineyards up to the farm winery.

For lunch, we’ll head to a charming Tuscan family-run organic farm for an authentic meal paired with a tasting of 5 exquisite wines. This unforgettable Italian experience offers the perfect mix of delicious food, wine pairings, secrets of Italian cuisine, and insights into Tuscan winemaking traditions. Summary: • A traditional Tuscan feast: bruschetta, lasagna or homemade pasta, cured meats, hams, pecorino cheese, dessert, and more… During lunch: • Wine tasting (Chianti, Chianti Riserva, Sangiovese, Vernaccia) • Tastings of: Extra virgin olive oil, pepper olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and truffle oil. After lunch we will move at the Monteriggioni Castle. The castle was founded by the Sienese between 1213 and 1219 as an outpost against the Florentines, in antiquity Monteriggioni was famed as an impregnable fortress. Inside the castle you can visit the museum of medieval weapons.
