- Exchange your voucher for the tickets at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Number), next to Carrefour Supermarket. You will be assisted by our staff members.
- It will not be possible to use the Accademia tickets after 45 minutes from the time you booked it.
- During periods of high visitor traffic, your admission may be delayed.
- The bell tower can only be accessed on a contingent basis. The climb consists of over 400 steps and is not recommended for pregnant women and people with a heart condition or respiratory diseases, vertigo, claustrophobia. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Appropriate clothing is required for a place of worship: access is not permitted with bare legs and shoulders, wearing sandals or hats.
- Luggage or large bags are not permitted in the cathedral complex; these may be left at the baggage check inside the Cathedral museum.
