• Last Minute Booking & Arrival Policy: For last minute bookings, please note that the driver’s arrival may be delayed, as our office is approximately 2 hours from Tokyo, and traffic conditions can affect travel time. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation in such cases. Additionally, the company reserves the right to cancel last minute bookings if operational constraints arise.
