• 【Windsor Castle】 It is recommended to book a ticket for the morning [10:30]
• 【Edinburgh Castle】 Tickets must be booked separately. We recommend a 1:30 PM entry time and a recommended visit duration of 30-60 minutes. (This is for the fifth day of the visit.) (Please note that Edinburgh Castle is closed on December 25th and 26th each year.)
• Loch Ness tours are available from April to September each summer, but the Loch Ness/Fort Augustus/Urquhart Castle tours are cancelled from October to March in the winter.
• When two adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child is eligible for the child rate. However, if the child occupies a separate bed, the adult rate will apply. If one adult shares a room with a child, the child will be charged the same rate as an adult.
• If you are traveling alone and choose a twin room, we will assign you a same-gender roommate. If you are concerned that sharing a room may affect your rest, we recommend booking a single room in advance.
• Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
• It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour
• Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
• No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms
• Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.
• Our Company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
