- The times listed are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. If you have connecting travel plans, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 extra hours.
- No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms
- It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour
- Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.
- If you are traveling alone and choose a twin room, we will assign you a same-gender roommate. If you are concerned that sharing a room may affect your rest, we recommend booking a single room in advance.
- Loch Ness tours are available from April to September each summer, but the Loch Ness/Fort Augustus/Urquhart Castle tours are cancelled from October to March in the winter.
- When two adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child is eligible for the child rate. However, if the child occupies a separate bed, the adult rate will apply. If one adult shares a room with a child, the child will be charged the same rate as an adult.
- Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
- Our Company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
