   Get ready for your half-day desert safari in Dubai as our professional guide picks you up from your hotel or selected location. Travel comfortably in a 4WD vehicle on the way to the stunning Lahbab Desert. Upon arrival, relax in an air-conditioned desert camp and enjoy traditional refreshments, including Arabic tea or coffee served with dates. Take a short break of around 20–25 minutes to relax, use the restroom, or choose an optional quad bike ride. During this time, your vehicle will be prepared for the desert adventure as the driver adjusts the tyre pressure for an exciting off-road experience.

   Next, sit back and get ready for an exciting dune bashing session. Feel the thrill as the 4WD vehicle rides over the rolling sand dunes, giving you an unforgettable adrenaline rush. After about 30–45 minutes of dune bashing, there will be a stop where you can relax and capture stunning photos of the desert landscape. Then get ready for sandboarding—listen to your guide’s instructions before sliding down the dunes on your board. It’s a fun and unique experience! Afterwards, continue the adventure with a short camel ride in the open desert, offering a traditional way to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Good to know

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• It is highly recommended to eat food before the safari trip to avoid motion sickness.
• We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
• All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box.
• We shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury.
• Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
• Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter.
• Pickup will be 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
• Kindly share your Whatsapp number for an easy communication during the pickup.
• Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
• Everything listed in the Inclusions is part of the tour and is covered in the price. Quad biking is available if the option is selected.
• Camel Ride: Children below 12 years of age cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Quad Bike: Children below 16 years cannot ride on their own and must be accompanied.
• Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years. Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals): Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years) Falcon, Horse Riding.
