We’ll take you to Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, where you’ll learn how Parmigiano Reggiano—the most widely recognized and highly-sought after cheese in the world—is produced. We’ll also show you what makes it so special, and give you a chance to taste some of this delicacy for yourself!

   10:30 am – We’re ready to visit a traditional Ham factory! Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, which means that it’s been preserved by salt and other ingredients for several months. Prosciutto DOP is the best prosciutto in the world, and even Italians from other regions will tell you so.

   Piazzale Michelangelo offers a stunning panoramic view of Florence, where you can take in the city in all its glory. The large square is home to a replica of Michelangelo's David in bronze.
