• Please note, if the hot air balloon flight is canceled because of weather conditions, a refund of €50 per person will be provided
• 0 to 6 age cant go to balloon flight
• If the economy class flight tickets are full, round-trip with a business class flight ticket can be arranged for an additional fee.
• If the balloon tour cancel because of bad weather second day,3.day balloon tour can be arranged for an additional fee.
• For double reservations, a room is allocated for two people. If two people want to stay in separate rooms, an extra €100 must be paid for each night of stay.

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
