• This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.
• On the first day, please bring your own lunch or purchase it at the Service Areas (SA) or Parking Areas (PA) we stop at along the way.
• Please note that the tour will not be confirmed as "operational" until the organizer's official announcement, even if the minimum number of participants has been reached
• For the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, in case of heavy crowds, you may need to walk about 30 to 40 minutes from the parking lot to the viewing area
• After watching the fireworks, the arrival at the hotel will be late at night.
• Depending on the hotel arrival time, the departure time for the next day may be later than scheduled. In that case, the time spent at sightseeing locations may be shortened
• The accommodation will be at the business hotel. Mainly it has single rooms. Depending on the availability of the rooms in the hotel, a twin room or all single rooms might be provided. Any room requests cannot be accepted
• Please note that the peak bloom period may vary depending on weather conditions. While the departure dates are set based on typical bloom times, there is a possibility that the flowers may not be in full bloom on the day of departure. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. If you decide to cancel your tour due to the blooming status, please be aware that the standard cancellation fee will still apply. • In order to ensure the required rest time for the bus driver, you may need to wait in the hotel lobby or another area until the departure time after check-out
• Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated
