An English-speaking tour conductor will guide you to the Shinkansen at Tokyo Station from Tokyo City i. Guides and other staff do not ride on the Shinkansen with tour participants. Upon arrival at Kyoto Station, another English-speaking staff will guide you to the lunch venue.

Enjoy western-style lunch at a hotel. Lunch will be a vegetarian-friendly Western-style set menu. Please note that requests for allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. or requests to remove or change ingredients due to personal preferences are not accepted. [IMPORTANT NOTICE] From May 21 to June 26, 2026, lunch will be served as a buffet due to renovations at the lunch venue.

After lunch, an English-speaking staff member will escort you to the JTB Sunrise Tours Desk at Kyoto Avanti. There, you may meet fellow travelers from other tours. Once everyone has gathered, you will board the tour bus together, marking the start of your journey.

Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of some 40,000 inari-jinja shrines located all over Japan. The bright red Senbon Torii gates are a must-see attraction. Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, about 15 min walk each way.
