This Shinto Shrine is known for its iconic view of Mt. Fuji and its pagoda.

The 5th station is located at an altitude approx 2,300 meters, and is a popular starting point for climbers. Between May to Oct if weather permits, you may visit the 5th station of Mt. Fuji. The months between Nov and Apr, access to the 5th station would depend on local conditions (snow and ice).

You can see one of Japan's notable spring water ponds and buildings in traditional thatched roof farmhouses.
