- Please note that due to anticipated large crowds and traffic delays, the tour schedule—including the arrival time at the fireworks venue—may change without prior notice.
- The decision to cancel the fireworks event will be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee early on the day of the festival. If the event is called off, you may be notified either in the morning or upon arrival at the meeting point by the staff.
- In case the event is canceled on the same day, any transportation or other expenses you incur to reach the meeting point cannot be reimbursed.
- If the cancellation is announced after the bus has already departed, the tour fee will not be refunded.
- Seats in the viewing area are on the ground only. Please bring a mat or cushion for comfort. (Please note that folding chairs are prohibited.)
- For rainy weather, please bring a raincoat or poncho. Umbrellas are not permitted as they may block the view of other guests and cause inconvenience.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave punctually and will not wait for late arrivals under any circumstances.
- If you arrive late or go to the wrong meeting location—even if you contact us in advance—refunds may not be issued.
- In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers' time.
