What you'll do

The bus will take you from Shinjuku to Hatomachi Pass, with an estimated arrival time of around 10:30 a.m. You will follow this route: Hatomachi Pass → Yama-no-hana → Ushikubi Fork → Research Sample Garden → back to Yama-no-hana → and return to Hatomachi Pass.

- The schedule may change depending on traffic or road conditions. Arrival time may be delayed. We cannot cover the cost of taxis or accommodations if return arrival is delayed.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes (trekking shoes are ideal). To protect from insects, long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Gloves are also useful.
- During summer, UV protection is important – long-sleeved, easily removable clothing is best.
- There are limited shelters, so please bring rain gear. It can also be used as a jacket in case of cold weather.
- Depending on the weather or crowd conditions, your stay time at the site may be shortened, or the hike may be canceled.
- In the event of stormy weather, the tour may be changed to a different sightseeing destination.
- The order of stops may vary depending on your bus assignment.
- Please check the photo in the product page for meeting point reference. Be present at the right location 15~10 minutes before the stated departure time to ensure a timely departure. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & a refund won't be issued.
- Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The bus will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
- The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 15 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.
